Space Elements Founder and CEO, Ira Bell, recently wrote a paper for the Arizona State University School of Space and Earth Exploration. The paper is a high level overview of light pollution, its respective impacts on humans, animals (fauna), and plants (flora). Additionally, the paper suggest some methods that can be taken to combat the light pollution we face today and in the future.
